Use services responsibly

You may operate supported game servers, worlds, mods, plugins, and communities that comply with law and third-party licenses. You are responsible for administrators and users you authorize.

Prohibited activity

• Illegal content or activity; credible threats; exploitation; or material that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, botnets, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized scanning, intrusion, or attempts to bypass security.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, public proxies/VPN relays, cryptomining, or reselling access without written permission.
• Intentionally exhausting shared CPU, memory, disk, network, or backup resources; evading plan limits; or disrupting other customers.
• Using pirated game copies, unauthorized server software, stolen accounts, or content you lack permission to distribute.

Enforcement

We may investigate credible reports, require corrective action, restrict traffic, suspend, preserve evidence, or terminate service. When risk permits, we will try to notify you and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct a problem. Serious or urgent threats may require immediate action. Report abuse through the Paymenter ticket system.
