Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026

Ignite4Inferneo is currently an independently operated business and is not represented as a limited liability company. By creating an account, placing an order, or using a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services and eligibility

We provide managed access to game-server hosting and related digital infrastructure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, and all activity performed through your account or server.

2. Orders, provisioning, and billing

Prices, resource allocations, billing periods, and setup details are shown at checkout. Recurring services renew until cancelled. PayPal or another displayed payment provider processes payment information under its own terms. If an automatic payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, we may retry collection and notify you through the contact methods enabled on your account. A service becomes eligible for suspension when payment is two days overdue and for permanent deletion when payment is 30 days overdue. Automated provisioning may be delayed by fraud review, maintenance, capacity, or third-party systems. Taxes may be added where required.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the client area. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase amounts already due. Payments are final once a service is provisioned except as stated in our Refund and Chargeback Policy or where a refund is required by law. Before disputing a payment, open a billing ticket and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate. A disputed payment may result in temporary suspension of the affected service while the dispute is reviewed.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use services for unlawful activity, attacks, malware, spam, unauthorized access, rights infringement, or activity that materially harms other customers or infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate services when reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, or comply with law.

5. Resources, software, and customer content

Plan limits are technical maximums, not dedicated physical hardware unless explicitly stated. You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload and grant us the limited permission needed to host, transmit, back up, and administer it. You are responsible for licenses and permissions for mods, plugins, files, and other content you install.

6. Suspension, retention, backups, and data loss

A server suspended for non-payment cannot run and normal panel access may be restricted. From the authenticated client-area service page, the account owner may request a compressed download of retained server files until 30 days after the invoice due date. Archive preparation may take up to one hour. At the end of that period, the server and retained download may be permanently deleted without recovery. This payment grace period does not apply to immediate cancellation requested by the customer, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or other policy violations. Any backup or grace-download feature is a convenience, not a substitute for your own current off-site backups. Backups and archives can fail, expire, omit transient data, or be unavailable. You remain responsible for preserving worlds, configuration, credentials, and other important data.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep services available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, power or network events, software faults, attacks, upstream providers, and capacity changes can affect service. Details are in our Service Availability Policy. We may make reasonable technical changes needed to maintain security and performance.

8. Warranty and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. Ignite4Inferneo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so mandatory rights remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property and third-party games

Ignite4Inferneo branding and original site materials belong to their respective owner. Game names, logos, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and owners and are used only to identify compatible hosting. Ignite4Inferneo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Steam, or any listed game publisher unless expressly stated.

10. Updates, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively and will post a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably practical. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Applicable consumer protections and the law of the operator’s place of business govern unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Questions and formal notices should be submitted through the Paymenter ticket system.
