Service Availability Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
Operations
We monitor and maintain the platform, automate supported deployments, and provide direct support. Maintenance may be scheduled when needed for security, updates, hardware, power, networking, or capacity. Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice.
Suspension and payment grace period
If payment remains unpaid for two days after its due date, the service may be suspended and the server will no longer run. For payment-related suspension, we retain the server files until 30 days after the due date. During that period, the account owner can sign in to the client area and request a compressed archive from the service page; preparation may take up to one hour. Paying the outstanding invoice ordinarily restores the service. Once payment is 30 days overdue, the server and retained archive may be permanently deleted. Immediate cancellation, abuse, fraud, security threats, legal obligations, and other policy enforcement are not subject to this payment grace period.
What availability excludes
Availability does not include customer configuration, game or mod defects, suspended accounts, attacks, upstream network or payment-provider failures, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control. We may migrate a service to different infrastructure as the platform expands, taking reasonable care to limit disruption.
Support and credits
Support response times are targets, not guarantees. Service credits are not guaranteed and, if offered for an incident, are discretionary account credit rather than cash. Submit a ticket through the Paymenter ticket system with the affected service and timeframe.
