Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account and contact details, billing and transaction references, support communications, service configuration, server and panel activity, IP addresses, security and authentication logs, device/browser information, and cookies needed for login, preferences, fraud prevention, and shopping-cart operation. We do not intentionally collect payment-card credentials; enabled payment providers process payment details.

How we use information

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by PayPal for payments; Paymenter for billing and customer management; Pterodactyl-compatible panel software for server administration; Google Analytics when you consent; email and infrastructure providers; and professional or government recipients when legally required. We do not sell personal information. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential session, authentication, cart, language, currency, and appearance-preference storage. Google Analytics helps us understand visits, page use, device and browser details, and approximate location derived from network information. For visitors in the United States, analytics may begin by default with an immediate opt-out. For visitors elsewhere, or when location cannot be determined, analytics remains off unless it is allowed. We honor supported Global Privacy Control signals by keeping analytics off. We do not use analytics for advertising or ad personalization. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed through Cookie choices in the footer. Google processes permitted analytics data under its own privacy terms.

Storage details

You can accept, reject, or customize analytics in the consent prompt. Reopen Cookie choices in the site footer to withdraw or change your selection at any time.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, satisfy accounting or legal duties, and maintain security records, then delete or de-identify it where practical. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet service is completely secure.

Your choices

You may decline analytics when prompted. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. You can close services from the client area and submit privacy requests through an authenticated ticket. Rights may vary by location.

Children

Services are not directed to children under 13, and customers must be legally able to enter the hosting agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided such information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services and providers change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Privacy questions and requests should be submitted through the Paymenter ticket system.
