Refund and Chargeback Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

All payments are final once a service has been provisioned. This policy does not limit refunds or remedies that are mandatory under applicable law or payment-network rules.

Refunds

Because server resources are allocated and payment-processing and provisioning costs are incurred immediately, we do not offer refunds for activated services, renewals, unused time, cancellations, upgrades, setup fees, account credit, licenses, add-ons, or third-party costs. We will investigate duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and a service that was paid for but never provisioned.

Cancellations and failed payments

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not refund the current billing period. Customers are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date. A service with an unpaid invoice may be suspended after two overdue days. For payment-related suspension, server files are retained until 30 days after the invoice due date and may be downloaded as a compressed archive from the authenticated service page. Paying the outstanding invoice during that period ordinarily restores service. After 30 overdue days, the server and retained archive may be permanently deleted. This grace period does not extend service time or create a right to a refund. Termination for customer-requested immediate cancellation, abuse, fraud, security threats, or policy violations may occur sooner and is not refundable.

Service problems

Service credits are not guaranteed. At our discretion, a verified incident caused by our infrastructure may qualify for proportional account credit rather than a cash refund. This does not cover customer configuration, game or mod defects, attacks, upstream systems, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Before opening a dispute or chargeback, submit a billing ticket with the invoice number and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. A disputed payment may cause temporary suspension of the affected service while it is reviewed. Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated disputes may result in account termination. Where permitted by law, substantiated chargeback costs or unpaid balances may be added to the account before service is restored. Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
